High intensity interval training full body classes (HIIT)

45 MINUTES
  • Burn fat, not muscle with our specially designed HITT Full Body Training Class. Integrate your at home treadmill or bike workouts with our classic style of Bodyshop HIIT class training! We will follow our usual format and allow 30 second rest periods in between each station/round (so please be quick!)
  • Attending a Virtual Class? Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Your Treadmill/Bike
  • 1 or 2 sets of moderate weight dumbbells
  • A Mat
  • No treadmill? No Problem. Here are a few cardio alternatives
  • Shadow Boxing/Boxing
  • Spin Biking
  • Jump Roping
  • A Mixture of Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Burpees

High Intensity Interval Training Boxing (HIIT Boxing)

45 MINUTES
  • HIIT Boxing focuses on speed, accuracy, and power in boxing. This results driven class is geared towards improving all levels of fitness through weight training, conditioning, and boxing/self defense techniques focusing on the core, glutes, and hips. Students leave this class with a well rounded understanding of mitt work and bag work.
  • Attending a Virtual Class? Here’s What You’ll Need (Recommended but not necessary)
  • Gloves
  • Punching Bag (Feel free to shadow box if you don’t have one)

Abs and Ass

30-45 MINUTES
  • Rock your summer body all year round with our Abs and Ass Class. Trainer Victoria targets your glutes and abs to help you carve out your ideal body!
